The present writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:

"In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner herein most humbly prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: A. Call the records of Geeta Colony Police Station for 30/06/2020 qua the petitioners.

B. Issue an appropriate Writ/Order thereby directing that the petitioners shall not be arrested & detained by the respondent without giving prior notice or in violation of guidelines laid down by Apex Court and Delhi HC.

C. Direct the respondent to provide security cover to the petitioners and their family members.

D. Direct the respondent to pay appropriate & reasonable compensation to the petitioners in sum of Rs. 10 Lakhs for infraction of their fundamental and legal rights.

E. Direct registration of FIR & appropriate disciplinary action against erring police officers and also initiate contempt proceedings against them. F. Pass such other order(s) as deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

Learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction of the IO submits that the chargesheet in the present case has been prepared and the present petitioner no.1 has been put in column no.12 and petitioners no.2 and 3 have not been named at all in the charge sheet.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 4.

Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
