Clause 1.1.1 of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Scheme, 2019.

This is a petition filed by one of the street vendors in the Connaught Place Area praying that the survey in the New Delhi Municipal Corporation (hereinafter, 'NDMC') area itself should be completed within three months. 4.
Mr. Sriharsha Peechara, ld. Standing Counsel for NDMC submits that the survey in the said area has been completed, hence, the present petition is infructuous.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.

The legality of issuance of provisional Certificates of Vending and the are not being gone into at this stage.

All rights and remedies of the parties are left upon to be agitated after the Town Vending Plan is finalised by the competent authority and norms are fixed in terms of Section 21(2) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014.
