The petitioner is seeking production of her daughter Parveen, aged about 19 years who went missing on 20th June, 2020. 3.

The police has traced Parveen in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, where she is residing with her husband Tariq and she produced the order dated 20th July, 2020 passed by the Uttarakhand High Court in W.R.(CRL) 1044/2020 whereby protection order was passed in their favour and the case is fixed for hearing on 24th August, 2020. The notice has also been issued to the present petitioner by the Uttarakhand High Court.
