% 20.04.2026 EX.APPL.(OS) 572/2026 (For Revival Or Restoration Of Execution Proceedings And directions For Deposit Of Deficit And Insufficient Decretal Amount) 1.

The present Application has been filed under Order XXI Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, and Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking revival or restoration of the above-captioned Petition, being OMP (ENF.) (COMM.) 86/2025 ["Enforcement Petition"]. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant/Decree Holder submits that vide Order dated 10.09.2025, passed in Enforcement Petition, the Non-Applicant/Judgement Debtor was directed to deposit the entire Arbitral amount of Rs. 19,97,15,842.32/-, whereas, the amount so deposited by the Judgement Debtor was Rs. 16,94,39,402/-. 3.

Applicant/Decree Holder submits that that the NonApplicant/Judgement Debtor is not in complete compliance of the said Order since the deposit falls short by a approximately three (3) crores of the requisite amount to be deposited.
