This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. Mr. Manish Dhir, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he has no objection for appointment of an Arbitrator except, that the Arbitrator be appointed under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre.

Noting the said submission, this Court appoints Mr. K. Venkatraman, Adv. (Mobile No. 9810387820), who is in the panel of DIAC, as an Arbitrator. The appointment of Mr. Venkatraman shall be governed by the Rules of DIAC. Copy of this order be sent to the Coordinator DIAC and to Mr. Venkatraman at his e-mail id venkatraj2007@yahoo.in for information. The petition stands disposed of.
