3. Issue notice.

4. The learned counsel for the parties as mentioned above accept notice.

5. At joint request the application is taken up for disposal.

6. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondentNorth Delhi Municipal Corporation regarding unauthorized construction being carried out by the respondent no.2 in the property

bearing number I-48, 4th Floor, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi-110008.

7. Mr. Nath, the learned counsel for the respondent- Corporation submits that the property in question already stands booked and a notice was issued in this regard on 27.05.2020. A copy of the notice has also been pasted on the premises of the said property and another copy thereof has been supplied to the local SHO of the area for due assistance in stopping the unauthorized construction from being carried out.

8. The learned counsel for the SHO submits that all assistance would be provided to the respondent-Corporation regarding maintenance of law and order. Furthermore, the police shall ensure that no building material reaches the said site.

9. In view of the above, this petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation to the Corporation on which appropriate action shall be taken and communicated to the petitioner within three weeks from today.

10. The petition along with pending application stands disposed off accordingly.
