This is an application filed by the judgment-debtor No. 1 to modify the order dated 14.05.2024 to state that the amount to be paid is Rs. 151.391 crores.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 3.

Mr. Dhillon, learned counsel for the decree-holder accepts notice and has no objection to the application being allowed. 4.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and the order dated 14.05.2024 is modified to the extent that the amount to be paid is Rs. 151.391 crores.

As the matter is settled, the application is allowed and the MD of judgment-debtor No. 1 need not appear on 11.09.2024. 7.

The petition is listed on 11.09.2024. However, both the counsels state that the matter has been settled and full and final payments against the Arbitral Award dated 24.03.2020 has been paid to the tune of ₹ 151.391 crores which is being accepted by the decree-holder as satisfaction of the said Award.

Since the decree is satisfied, the execution petition is disposed of. 10.

Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of. 11.

The matter need not be listed on 11.09.2024.
