Pursuant to the previous order, the report by the SHO, Adarsh Nagar has been placed on record.

It is stated that bailable warrants have been duly executed upon respondent/Mr. Udhav Khanna and he has been intimated of the next date of 25th March 2025.

Today, the mother of Mr. Udhav Khanna, Ms. Sadhna Khanna is present in Court and states that Mr. Udhav Khanna has been diagnosed with kidney stones and due to severe pain, is unable to appear before the Court. 4.

She states, on his instructions, and on his behalf, that he shall fully cooperate in the filing of the second motion within a week, in compliance of the settlement which has been arrived at between the parties on 05th July 2023.

Counsel for petitioner states that the respondent shall be bound by the said undertaking.
