The present application has been filed seeking interim bail in FIR No.67/2018 registered under Sections 363/376-D/377/328/506/34 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act at Police Station Jyoti Nagar, Delhi. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's mother suffers from 86% disability and needs petitioner's assistance. 3.
Issue notice.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice and submits that no medical record has been filed along with the petition except the disability certificate of petitioner's mother. She has referred to the order dated 25.06.2020 passed by ASJ, Shahdara where it has been recorded that at time of hearing of the interim bail application, complainant/victim was present along with her father. It has been observed by the court that the victim and her family was BAIL APPL 1655/2020
threatened through the petitioner's relatives a number of times. It is further submitted the present case involves gang rape of a minor victim and the petitioner is in custody only since 23.02.2018. 5.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to admit the petitioner on interim bail. The same is dismissed. MANOJ KUMAR OHRI, J JULY 10, 2020 na BAIL APPL 1655/2020
