The present bail application has been filed seeking extension of interim bail in FIR No. 506/2015 under Sections 364A/120-B/506/34 IPC registered at Police Station Nabi Karim, Delhi. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 24.06.2016 and was granted interim bail vide order dated 29.05.2020 on account of his medical condition. 5.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied on the MRI, which is suggestive of "lumbosacral transitional verterbra with disco degenerative changes most marked at L4-L5 level". She submits that the petitioner's condition has not improved and is under regular treatment. She further submits that the petitioner is not involved in any other case. 6.
In view of the submissions made, the interim bail granted to the petitioner is extended for a period of three weeks on the same terms and conditions. The petitioner shall surrender at the expiry of the release period. 7.
With the above directions, the bail application is disposed of. 8.
A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned Jail Superintendent electronically.
