Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled between the parties.

They have handed over an order dated 11th November, 2024 passed in CS (COMM) 462/2022. The said order is taken on record. 3.

As per the settlement recorded in the said order, the present suit has to be disposed of in terms of the interim order passed by this Court on 20th May, 2022 in I.A. 8023/2022.

Accordingly, a decree of permanent injunction is passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant restraining the defendant from interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property by the plaintiff.
