3. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-registration of a vehicle bearing Model No. Duster RXZ 2019, Engine No. E035513 which was bought by her on 27.02.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed all the legal requirements, but the government website is not accepting the vehicle registration fee.

4. Mr. Ramesh Singh, the learned Standing Counsel for GNCTD submits that, by order dated 08.07.2020 passed in W.P. (C) No(s). 13029/1985 titled M.C. Mehta v Union of India & Ors., the Supreme Court has prohibited registration of BS-IV vehicles after 30.04.2020. He submits that the petitioner may consider impleading herself as a

party in the proceedings pending before the Supreme Court.

5. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the petition and seeks to withdraw it with liberty to take appropriate recourse as per remedies available in law.

6. The petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in terms of the above. Liberty granted.
