O R D E R

% 25.01.2016 While issuing notice on the appeal, appellant/insurance company had been directed by order dated 01.02.2012 to deposit awarded amount along with up-to-date interest with Registrar General of this court and the said deposit was directed to be held in fixed deposit with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court branch initially for a period of six months to be renewed from time to time.

Appeal of insurance company was dismissed by judgment dated 19.01.2015. It appears that direction was not given with regard to the amount held in deposit.

In these circumstances, application is allowed. Amount held in fixed deposit in terms of the said direction shall be released to the claimant after confirmation that there is no stay by the superior court. R.K.GAUBA, J JANUARY 25, 2016/scc
