The present petition is filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR bearing no. 0186/2021 dated 10.04.2021 registered under sections 354D/323/506/509/34 IPC at P.S. Najaf Garh along with consequential proceedings.

Mr. Satish Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by SI Rima Raj, P.S. Dwarka North, accepts notice on behalf respondent no. 1/State. Ms. Ritu Kumari, Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 2, accepts notice.

basis of complaint made by the respondent no. 2 on the allegations as detailed in the present FIR wherein the petitioners were implicated. The petitioners and the respondent no. 2 are identified by Investigating Officer SI Rima Raj, P.S. Dwarka North as well as by their respective counsel. After conclusion of investigation, the charge-sheet has already been filed under sections 354D/323/506/509/34 IPC wherein the petitioners were implicated and the trial is stated to be pending in the court of Ms. Divya Yadav, MM (Mahila Court), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi/Successor Court.

The counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners and the respondent no. 2 are related to each-other and are members of the same family and the alleged incident had happened due to the property dispute between the petitioners and the respondent no. 2. The respondent no. 2 has already settled the pending disputes with the petitioners vide Settlement Deed dated 03.04.2024, the terms and conditions of which have already been executed. In these circumstances, the counsel for the petitioners prayed that the present petition be allowed and FIR bearing no. 0186/2021 be quashed along with consequential judicial proceedings. 6.
The counsel for the respondent no. 2 stated that the petitioners and the respondent no. 2 have already settled their disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 03.04.2024 and the respondent no. 2 has settled with the petitioners out of her own free will and without any fear, force or coercion as such she does not have any objection if the present petition is allowed and FIR bearing no. 0186/2021 is quashed along with consequential judicial proceedings.

that the petitioners and the respondent no. 2 are the members of the same family and they have already settled their disputes and have decided to maintain peace and harmony in the society as such, he does not have any objection if the present petition is allowed and FIR bearing no. 0186/2021 is quashed along with consequential judicial proceedings. 8.
The petitioners and the respondent no. 2 are members of the same family and have already settled their pending disputes vide Settlement Deed dated 03.04.2024, the terms and conditions of which have already been executed. No useful purpose shall be served if the proceedings arising out of FIR bearing no. 0186/2021 are allowed to be continued. After considering all facts, the present petition is allowed and FIR bearing no. 0186/2021 registered under sections 354D/323/506/509/34 IPC at P.S. Najaf Garh is quashed along with consequential proceedings including judicial proceedings under sections 354D/323/506/509/34 IPC stated to be pending before the court of Ms. Divya Yadav, MM (Mahila Court), South-West District, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi/Successor Court. 9.
The present petition along with pending application, stands disposed of.
