This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of the order dated 18.05.2012 declaring the Petitioner Proclaimed Offender in case FIR No.487/2011 under Sections 420/468/471 IPC read with Section 12 of the Passport Act.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, after canvassing some arguments, seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to file fresh petition with better particulars explaining the delay in approaching the Court after over a decade to challenge the impugned order dated 18.05.2012.
