The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR bearing No. 389/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 of IPC registered with P.S. Jagat Puri, Delhi and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The present petition is premised on a settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She states that she has resolved all her disputes with the petitioners. She states that she and petitioner no.1 are now divorced.

The said parties had also entered into a settlement before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi.

The petitioners are also present in Court and are identified by their

counsel. They also state that they have no grievance against respondent no.2. 5.

In view of the aforesaid statements, the present petition is allowed and the FIR bearing No. 389/2014 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered with P.S. Jagat Puri, Delhi, is quashed.
