He submits that in the order dated 05.09.2024 instead of recording the presence of counsel for defendant no. 9, the names of the plaintiff and the defendant no.1 have been mentioned as counsels for defendant no. 9. The application is not opposed by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the non-applicants. 2.
