petitioner/victim has apprehension that the respondent no. 2 may harm her. 3.

On a query posed by the Court, the learned counsel fairly stated that till date the accused has not extended any threat nor has ever tried to communicate with the victim.

It appears that the condition subject to which the respondent no.2 was granted regular bail have not been violated. No other supervening circumstances have been pointed out by the petitioner warranting cancellation of bail.

5.

Therefore, this Court does not find any merit in the present petition. Accordingly, the same alongwith pending applications, is dismissed. VIKAS MAHAJAN, J JANUARY 30, 2025 N.S.
