% 28.05.2018 Notice is yet to be ordered to the respondent no.2. In terms of proceedings dated 19.03.2018 in view of the record indicating that an application had been filed by the petitioner seeking discharge, which was pending before the learned trial Court in relation to FIR No.138/2012, PS EOW, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/174 Indian Penal Code, 1860. The petition was disposed of with direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the said application seeking discharge by the date14.05.2018 and the compliance report in relation thereto was directed to be sent by the date 28.05.2018. It was further directed that the petitioner could seek redressal in relation to the adjudication on the aspect of the order on framing of charge or otherwise, in accordance with law.

The petitioner present today in Court submits that she is not assisted by any counsel today, the compliance report in terms of

directions dated 19.03.2018 has been received from the learned CMM (South-East), Saket Courts indicating that the application filed by the accused therein i.e. the petitioner herein, seeking discharge in relation to FIR No.138/2012, PS EOW, under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/174 Indian Penal Code, 1860 had already been disposed of and the order of framing on charge has been passed on 05.05.2018 with the discharge application under Section 329 Cr.PC, 1973 having been disposed of. Thus as already observed hereinabove, vide directions dated 19.03.2018, the petition has already been disposed of with it having been observed to the effect that the petitioner could seek redressal in relation to the aspect of order on framing of charge, which as submitted through the status report, is indicated to have been so passed.
