By way of present petition, the petitioner seeks to assail the order dated 24.01.2024 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, District South, Saket, New Delhi in MT No. 172/2020 vide which the petitioner was directed to pay a sum of Rs.65,100/- as ad-interim maintenance towards Second Semester fee of their daughter's college. 2.

On 28.05.2024, this Court, with the consent of the parties, directed that in case the Family Court reaches to the conclusion that the respondent is entitled to lesser or higher maintenance, the Family Court would be at liberty to grant adjustment of the arrears accordingly. The sum of Rs.65,100/- shall also be subject to such adjustment. 3.

Considering the limited challenge raised in the petition and the order already passed, no further orders are required to be passed. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
