By way of this application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR 219/2024 dated 21.04.2024, registered at Police Station Subzi Mandi, District North, under Sections 302, 120B, and 34 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, Mr. Suraj Prakash Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application. 3.

The application for regular bail, alongwith the pending applications, is thus dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
