% 10.09.2020 Mr. Thanai states, attested affidavits and the requisite Court Fees have been filed in the Registry on September 7, 2020 and September, 8, 2020 respectively. The said statement is taken on record. This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. No reply has been filed by respondent to the petition. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is a conceded position that disputes have arisen between the parties and the same need to be adjudicated by appointing an Arbitrator. Accordingly, I appoint Justice M.C. Garg, retired Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court as a Sole Arbitrator who shall adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. The fee of the learned Arbitrator shall be regulated by the Fourth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. Parties to appear before
