This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator. It is stated in the petition that award is reserved for pronouncement and mandate of Sole Arbitrator has expired on 10.03.2025.

Notices were issued to the Respondents. Respondent No. 4 refused service while Respondents No. 1, 2, 3 and 5 have been served. There is no appearance on behalf of the Respondents despite the matter having been called twice.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed extending the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator by two months from 14.10.2025 and the period between O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 321/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
