This is a petition seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes arising out of the agreement dated 16.09.2019. 2.

All claims between the parties arising out of the agreement dated 16.09.2019 have been finally settled by virtue of settlement deed dated 07.05.2024 and there is nothing remaining.

Pursuant to the said settlement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition.
