The present Application has been filed by the Applicant/ Appellant seeking permission to place on record the Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2025.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice.

Learned counsels for the parties jointly submit that the parties have resolved their disputes vide Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2025 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and are now living together as husband and wife. 4.
The Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2025 is taken on record. 5.
Accordingly, the present application stands disposed of. MAT.APP.(F.C.) 118/2024 6.

disputes between the parties have already been settled, the present Appeal may be taken up and disposed of in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2025. 7.
In light of the above, the present Appeal is taken up today for final disposal.

By way of this Appeal, the Appellant challenges the Judgment and Decree dated 21.11.2022 passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court (HQ), South West District Dwarka, Delhi, wherein the marriage between the parties was dissolved on the grounds of cruelty under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. 9.
In view of the aforesaid, the present Appeal is disposed of and the Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2025 shall form part of Decree. The Impugned Judgment and Decree dated 21.11.2022 is hereby substituted with the Decree which shall be prepared by the office in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 27.05.2025. 10.
Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 11.
