% 13.07.2020 (Video Conference Hearing) CRL.M.A.9110/2020 (Exemption) It is an application seeking exemption from filing certified/ typed/ legible copies of annexures, attested affidavit and court fee. Taking note of the prevailing conditions on account of Covid-19 pandemic, the application is granted with the stipulation that the requisite attested affidavit and the court fee shall be filed within 07 days of the resumption of the regular functioning of the Court. As regards the certified/ typed/ legible copies of annexures, the prayer made is allowed subject to just exceptions. Application stands disposed of accordingly. BAIL APPLN. 1674/2020 During the course of hearing, Mr. Gupta, ld. counsel for the applicant concedes that one of the victims is yet to be examined/crossexamined and seeks withdrawal of the instant application with the liberty

to approach the Courtthe Trial Court or the High Court, as may be required after the examination of the other victim. Mr. Gupta on his part however submits that the applicant is a young boy, now aged about 20 years and is in JC since 22.11.2017 and in view thereof, the Trial Court may be directed to conclude the examination of the other victim at the earliest.

Taking note of the totality of facts and circumstances, the application is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed, with a direction to the Trial Court to proceed with the recording of the cross-examination of the other victim at the earliest.
