Petitioner seeks mandamus to direct the police to conduct investigation in FIR No. 0002/2025 of PS Cyber Crime in time bound manner.

Learned ASC points out that the issue is already being taken up by the learned Magistrate.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned Magistrate for monitoring of the investigation. 4.

As requested, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought. However, it is made clear that this order shall not be read as approval of this Court for monitoring or otherwise. Pending applications stand disposed of.
