1. Mr. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner states that on account of pecuniary jurisdiction, the present petition will lie before the District Court.

2. He states that the present petition be transferred to the District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi for marking it to the appropriate Court.

3. In view of his statement, the petition is transferred to the District Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi to assign it to the competent Court of jurisdiction.
