This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of an Arbitrator. 2.

During the pendency of this petition, parties were referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement. Parties have settled their inter se disputes. Conciliation Agreement executed and signed between the parties on 11.08.2025 has been placed on record, as per which Respondents agreed to pay a sum of Rs.3 lakhs to the Petitioner, in full and final settlement of all its claims.

Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the agreed amount has been received by the Petitioner and he has instructions to withdraw the petition. 4.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn as all claims of the Petitioner stand satisfied.
