Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that charge-sheet has already been filed before the learned Trial Court and the applicant-Basant Lal Kumar, who is an octogenarian, sought exemption from personal appearance and such exemption was granted to him by the learned Trial Court on 20.04.2026. He submits that the other two applicants i.e. Nitish Kumar and Rajat Kumar have been admitted to bail on their furnishing personal bond and surety bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- and all the applicants have been directed to appear and submit bonds before learned Trial Court on the next date. He submits that in view of the above, nothing further survives in the present petition.

Learned counsel for the complainant has joined the proceedings through video-conferencing and acknowledges the abovesaid development and states that the present applications, accordingly, be disposed of. 3.
Learned Addl. P.P. for the State also submits that charge-sheet has been laid before the learned Trial Court and she also does not dispute the abovesaid order dated 20.04.2026.

In view of the abovesaid development, all the present petitions are disposed of, as having become infructuous. Applicant Basant Lal Kumar would also be permitted to submit bonds before the learned Trial Court on next date.
