By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 97/2025 dated 15.02.2025, registered at P.S. Narela, Outer North District, Delhi, under Sections 21/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

The applicant's last bail application (BAIL APPLN. 4769/2025) was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 18.03.2026. 3.

Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant, claims that there has been change in circumstances since then, but the applicant has not approached the Special Court afresh. He seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to approach the Special Court. 4.
