The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 563/2024 of PS Palam Village for offence under Section 376/323/506 IPC and Section 6 POCSO Act.

In furtherance of last order, learned APP has produced before me the printouts of pictures retrieved from Vivo mobile phone, which according to the accused/applicant belongs to his sister, but according to prosecution, it belongs to the accused/applicant.

In view of the said pictures, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this application. As requested, the bail application and accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
