% 25.04.2019 Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has produced the order No. F7/144/E-1/DTTE/2019/339, dated 24.04.2019 whereby it is stated that in Advertisement Nos. 8/2018, 10/2018, 12/2018, 13/2018, 15/2018, 16/2018 and 17/2018, the vacancy of OBCs are not mentioned, whereas there are 31 vacancies of the said category and the issue is pending before UPSC for final decision.

In view of the above, counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh.

Permission is granted with liberty as prayed for. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
