1. The present petition has been filed under Section 29A (4) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 on behalf of the petitioner for seeking extension of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator along with the affidavit.

2. Learned counsel submits that presently, the matter is at stage of final arguments and completion of evidence. It is further submitted that it has been mutually agreed between the parties to seek further extension of mandate for further six months for completion of proceedings.

3. Issue notice.

4. Mr. Ajjay Aroraa, learned counsel has accepted the notice.

5. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that as per instructions, he has no objection and the mandate may be extended.

6. Learned counsel submits that the mandate has expired on 22.03.2024. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 22/04/2024 at 12:40:58

7. In view of the request made, the mandate is extended till 30.10.2024. the period from 22.03.2024 is also regularized.
