% 19.05.2025 CRL.M.A. 15403/2025 (seeking disposal of interim bail application) in BAIL APPLN.1412/2025 1.

The present application is filed seeking disposal of the interim bail application, being, BAIL APPLN. 1412/2025. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that bail application be disposed of and be not kept pending for compliance.

He submits that the pendency of the application will come in way of the applicant availing his remedy to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court.

This Court, by order dated 07.05.2025, took note of the conduct of the applicant and observed that the applicant had been previously sentenced for a period of twelve years in case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, and while on bail, had committed the crime which is subject matter of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. present case. Considering the same, this Court did not consider it apposite to direct release of the applicant on bail. The Court, however, had directed the Jail Superintendent to take expeditious steps to facilitate the surgery of the applicant and kept the matter for compliance.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and in view of the facts as noted above, the present application is allowed. Consequently, BAIL APPLN. 1412/2025 is dismissed.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent to take steps to facilitate surgery of the applicant. 7.

The applicant is at liberty to file an appropriate application in case the directions given to the Jail Superintendent are not complied with.

8.

The date already fixed, that is, 09.06.2025, stands cancelled.
