The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR bearing No. 775/2021 of PS Burari for offence under Section 302 IPC. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application since out of 23 prosecution witnesses, 16 have already been examined, so trial is likely to be concluded. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the learned trial court is requested to expedite the disposal of the trial, of course in view of the calendar and board condition of the learned court.
