Second Bail Application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 read with Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant seeking Regular Bail in FIR No. 674/2022 under Section 302/392/397/411 IPC at P.S. Adarsh Nagar.

After some submissions, the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Bail Application as it mentions one medical ground for grant of Bail with liberty to file afresh with other grounds for seeking Bail. 3.

In view of the submissions made, the Bail Application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
