Petitioner is seeking a direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to issue NOC for going on deputation to NHAI as General Manager (Technical).

Learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 submit that the NOC has been issued to petitioner on 20th July, 2020. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner has not received the NOC.

Respondents No.1 and 2 are directed to furnish the NOC to the petitioner during the course of the day by e-mail. The copy of the NOC be also furnished to counsel for the petitioner by e-mail. 6.
This petition is disposed of as satisfied. Pending application is also disposed of.
