The present application has been filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 396/2018, registered under Sections 307/506 IPC at Police Station Sagarpur, Delhi.

Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 04.10.2018 and vide order dated 21.05.2020 passed by the Trial Court, he was admitted to interim bail. He further submits that the material prosecution witnesses have already been examined and the petitioner is not involved in any other case. 3.

Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, has opposed the bail application. She submits that the injured witnesses have been examined and they have identified the present petitioner. She, however, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is not found involved in any other case. BAIL APPL 1693/2020

Learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already furnished the bail bonds in terms of the order dated 21.05.2020. 5.

Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner has already been released on interim bail and the fact that all the injured witnesses have already been examined, it is directed that the petitioner be released on regular bail on the same terms and conditions as imposed vide order dated 21.05.2020.
