The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 791/2017 dated 09.11.2017, registered at Police Station Sultanpuri, for offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The bail application, being, BAIL APPLN. 497/2025, filed by the co-accused Himanshu was dismissed by this Court by order dated 20.03.2025 after noting that only five witnesses remain to be examined and the trial is at its fag end. The learned Trial Court was also requested to conclude recording of evidence expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months. 5.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that only one witness, being, PW-7, apart from certain official witnesses remain to be examined.

He submits that the matter is now listed before the learned Trial Court on 14.05.2025 and the learned Trial Court has called all the witnesses on the said date.

Considering the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application at this stage. 9.
The application is, therefore, dismissed.
