1. From the short affidavit filed by the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, it appears that they had difficulty in co-relating the names of the claimants with the property numbers.

2. The Court directs that a meeting be held between the Land Acquisition Collector (Central), the Additional Deputy Commissioner of Land and Estate, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and two representatives of the Petitioner Association in the office of the LAC within the next two weeks on a mutually convenient date and time, which would be communicated to the other parties by the LAC not

later than one week from today. Thereafter, further affidavits be filed both by the LAC and the North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

3. After the said exercise is complete, steps will be taken to release the compensation payable to the respective persons found entitled therein, in terms of the supplementary award not later than 12 weeks from today. If any of the members of the Petitioner Association is aggrieved by the said orders, it will be open for them to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
