After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, they do not press the present petition. They, however, submits that the learned Trial Court vide impugned order dated 03.02.2025 had granted them time to file amended written statement, if any, along with affidavit of admission/denial of documents.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that within four weeks from today, such amended written statement, along with the affidavit of admission/denial, shall be submitted before the learned Trial Court, with advance copy to the opposite side.

The time stands extended till then, accordingly. 4.

The plaintiff (respondent herein) would also be at liberty to file replication, if any, to such amended written statement.
