After hearing arguments for some time, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that the petitioners, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, do not press the present petition and they would rather move appropriate application before the learned National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, challenging the manner in which the execution petition was restored, without even hearing them. 2.

The petition stands disposed of as not pressed. The pending applications also stand disposed of in aforesaid terms. 3.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of Court Master.
