Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition as he states that as on date, there is no tender floated wherein the petitioner proposes to participate so as to lay a challenge to Condition No.24 in Schedule A of the bid document assailed in the present petition. He states that the petitioner reserves his right to assail the said Condition whenever a fresh cause of action arises in this regard.

Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is disposed of alongwith the pending applications.
