After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not press the present petition. He, however, submits that the learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the disposal of the suit in question and may be also requested not to get prejudiced or influenced with the observations made in the impugned order.

Learned counsel for respondent (defendant No.1) appears on advance notice.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. Pending applications are also disposed of in aforesaid terms. 4.

Learned Trial Court is requested to proceed, expeditiously with the suit, without getting influenced by any observation made by it in order dated 27.08.2024.
