7. The learned counsel named above accepts notice on behalf of the
respondents. He states, upon instructions from Mr. Ravinder, A.E. (South Zone), SDMC, that the petitioner was served notice apropos unauthorised construction in property bearing no. F-202, Katwaria Sarai, Near Gumbad Parking, New Delhi - 110 016, on 30.06.2020.
8. The petitioner has made a representation to the SDMC, which will be duly considered and the petitioner will be granted a hearing in this regard on 16.07.2020 or on any such date as may be convenient to the parties. The decision of the Corporation, as may be, shall be duly intimated to the petitioner within three weeks thereafter, giving him two weeks to make requisite rectifications/amends, failing which the Corporation shall take an appropriate action.
9. The writ petition, alongwith pending application, is disposed-off in terms of the above.
