It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that a second appeal has been filed before the Central Information Commission on 17.12.2023. 2.

In view of the fact that the second appeal is pending before the CIC, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 3.

The writ petition is being disposed of with a request to the CIC to dispose of the second appeal pending before it as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from today.
