Pursuant to previous order, an affidavit has been filed by respondent no.1/SDM, Karawal Nagar, stating that pursuant to the Recovery Certificate dated 7th February 2024, a Demand Notice dated 23rd August 2024 was issued; however, the Judgment Debtor ('JD') did not appear. 2.
Another Demand Notice was issued on 25th October 2024, but the Judgment Debtor again failed to appear on the given date of 8th November 2024.

Thereafter, warrant of arrest was issued on 22nd November 2024, and another warrant of arrest was issued on 11th April 2025 agai9nst JD. SHO, of P.S. Karawal Nagar was directed to execute the same. 4.
In the report of SHO, P.S. Karawal Nagar, it was found that the property had been purchased back from Sh. Dharam Pal, who had given the plot on rent to Mr. Sherpal, and there was no knowledge of enmity of Mr.Sherpal with any other proprietors.

In these circumstances, counsel for petitioner states that they may be allowed a meeting with the SDM, Karawal Nagar, to assist and provide any information for the purpose of the Recovery Certificate. 6.
Accordingly, petitioner's counsel/petitioner shall meet the SDM, Karawal Nagar on 23rd July 2025, at 11:00 A.M. at the Office of the SDM, Karawal Nagar, for this process to move forward. 7.
Any steps taken by the SDM shall be communicated in writing by the SDM to petitioner and additionally by the counsel for respondent to counsel for petitioner so that the petitioner is kept informed. 8.
Even, today's affidavit has just been handed without having been filed and a copy of the same has not been given to counsel for petitioner, prior to the date of hearing.

This conduct of respondent is not appreciated by this Court, particularly when petitioner has been awaiting recovery of his dues. 10.
The SDM, Karawal Nagar is directed to give full and complete assistance in order that further steps can be taken for execution. 11.
Petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to revive it, in case of any continued infraction.

Copy of this order be provided by counsel for the respondent to the SDM, Karawal Nagar, so that the meeting as directed can be scheduled. 13.
