This is an application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1996 Act"), seeking reference of the disputes, between the parties, to arbitration. 2.

The existence of arbitrable disputes, between the parties, is not denied.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the dispute/disputes, between the parties, ventilated in these proceedings, may be referred to arbitration under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Accordingly, the parties are referred to the DIAC, to appoint an ARB.P. 236/2020

appropriate arbitrator to arbitrate on the disputes between them. 5.

Needless to say, the arbitration proceedings, as well as the schedule and the fees applicable thereto, would abide by the rules and procedure applicable to the DIAC, and followed by the DIAC in that regard.

The parties may contact the DIAC within two weeks, with all requisite documents, whereafter the matter would proceed in accordance with the rules and procedure of the DIAC. 7.
