It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case.

The Trial Court is directed to consider the evidence adduced before it by the parties on its own merits uninfluenced by any observation made by the forums under the Maintenance & Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act regarding the title of the subject property therein. 5.
